Right of return
Liability for non-delivery:
The company is liable in the event of loss or non-delivery of a shipment, provided that the customer proves that the delivery has not arrived. In this case, the company will either arrange for a replacement delivery or refund the purchase price.
Responsibility for incorrectly ordered items (size/color):
The customer is responsible for orders where the customer has selected an incorrect size or color. The costs for the return shipment as well as for a new order are to be borne by the customer.
